WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated on the item description, all our products carry a full year's warranty from date of purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns will obviously be accepted for faulty goods and either a replacement or a full refund given.  Please email or telephone before returning goods so that arrangements can be made for our Courier to collect from you.  If you do change your mind regarding a purchase, we will endeavour to accommodation you but may need to charge a restocking fee.

ORDERING

Orders placed before 10.00am will be despatched the same working day provided they are in stock.  Items ordered after this time will be despatched the following working day provided they are in stock.  You will be informed immediately if your item is out of stock.  Goods paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque is cleared, usually 5/7 days.

Items specific to your motorcycle, such as racks, screens etc are not kept in stock and need to ordered from the relevant supplier.  We expect to despatch these items to you within 5 days of ordering.  However, certain ranges are shipped from outside the UK and have a longer lead time.  We will contact you via email to advise of a delivery date.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs quoted are for UK mainland deliveries only. For Highlands, Off-shore, Europe and World-wide, we advise that you contact us before placing an order so that we can calculate the shipping price.

DELIVERY

Small or low value items are despatched by Royal Mail, First Class, and will not require a signature.  If you would like such an item sent by Recorded Mail, please contact us before purchasing as this will result in a higher shipping charge. 

Larger items are despatched by Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Delivery is anytime up until 5.30 on the day specified.  We can arrange for morning or afternoon deliveries at an extra charge.  Please contact us for details.

Where an incorrect address has been given  with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

MISSING GOODS

In the rare event that your order does not arrive within the expected timescales, please contact us.  If items sent by first class mail do not arrive, we are unable to claim compensation until 30 days after posting.  We reserve the right therefore to withhold a refund or provide replacement goods to the customer for 30 days.  Items sent by courier are trackable and it is unusual for goods to go missing.  If this does happen, we will endeavour to trace the goods but again reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement goods until compensation is received.  We do understand the frustration caused by goods which arrive late or do not arrive and will always endeavour to reduce this frustration to the best of our ability.  However, we cannot be held responsible for delay/loss incurred by third parties.
